G.E.H.A Solutions Hosts Veterans Day Event

This year, G.E.H.A and G.E.H.A Solutions recognized Veterans Day by honoring our veteran employees and veterans nationwide. On November 6, we had the pleasure of hosting guest speaker, Brigadier General Jennifer Marrast-Host, the Lee’s Summit High School color guard and our G.E.H.A veteran employees with over 100 G.E.H.A employees in attendance either in person or via video feed.

Our commitment to active and veteran military servicepeople goes beyond Veterans Day. In 2024, G.E.H.A and G.E.H.A Solutions contributed grants to 15 national and regional nonprofits whose missions specifically support veteran wellbeing: oral health, transitional and permanent housing, mental health, food equity, scholarships and education, and more. We’re proud to represent a body of colleagues who also enjoy showing up to volunteer. Through repairing and painting houses, military bases goodwill visits, writing notes of appreciation, packing and distributing food, and hosting veterans at sponsored events, we continue to learn and appreciate the sacrifices of those who have served.

To finish the year, G.E.H.A and G.E.H.A Solutions will participate in National Wreaths Across America Day on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024. We are sponsoring more than 4,600 wreaths on the graves of interred veterans and family members at 13 military cemeteries throughout America.
